Energy intensive exercises will harm your heart severely because it is delicate. You heart will not be able to keep up with the rate at which your body will need oxygen because when you use a lot of energy, the body will need more oxygen to break down fats and make energy for it to go on. You need light exercises that will burn down excess fats and prevent excessive accumulation of fats in blood vessels and around the heart because that will give rise to execs weight health complications and more cardiovascular diseases.

You should lower your stress, avoid surprises among other intense emotions that will make your adrenaline to rise. Yoga and any other activity that makes you less upset is the best way to maintain healthy blood pressure and heartbeat rate.

Answer the questions of the doctor will all honesty even if they may seem intrusive because the doctor needs to know the signs and symptoms that you are going through. In case of any alarming signs and symptoms, regular checkups will enable the doctor to treat you on time.
